Brent Willson

CEO & Director
Brent is the Founder of NeoVolta. He’s also a retired Marine Corps Colonel who formerly directed a $100 billion aviation acquisition portfolio for the Defense Department, the Joint Staff, and Congress. He holds a BSBA, two Master’s degrees, and all military aviation certifications.

Steve Bond

CFO & Director

Steve’s background lies in executive consulting for companies in the areas of finance, strategy, and revenue growth. He founded and grew his own regional CFO advisory firm for 7 years before joining NeoVolta, and graduated summa cum laude in finance at San Diego State University.

John Hass

Director

John brings nearly three decades of power systems experience to the team. His career started at TEAL Electronics in 1994, and he’s currently the Chief Product Officer for Shoals Technologies. John also has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from San Diego State University.

Susan Snow

Director

Susan’s expertise spans public accounting, defense and aerospace, financial services, and much more. She formerly served as the SVP of Operations for Redhorse Corporation, a company that services the highest echelons of the U.S. government. Susan earned her CPA at KPMG in Boston.

James F. Amos

Director

General Amos, USMC (Ret.) was nominated by President Obama in 2010 and confirmed by Congress as the 35th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps – the highest rank in the USMC. He joined the Board of LORD Corporation in 2014, before its $3.67 acquisition by Parker Hannifin in 2019.

Dan Briggs

Board of Advisors
Dan is the CEO and major shareholder of Pegasus Group Holdings, where he oversees a portfolio including the Hive microgrid project in Arizona. He joined Pegasus as CEO and President after a successful M&A transaction with Plus Minus Power, a company he founded and led as the CEO.
